Shipping & Delivery Policy

For all products sold directly by musifie that require Shipping, shipping is normally done within 7 days of receipt of the order except under extreme situations which will be informed prior to the order being placed or within 24 hours of this order and delivery time will be indicated at the time of confirmation of the order and while this may vary depending on the address of delivery, but in the event that the purchased item is not delivered within 30 days, the order can be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded.

Eligibility for full refunds

For all items not sold directly by musifie, shipping would be dependent on the independent policy of the seller. The purchaser is recommended to refer to these conditions from the seller, prior to making the purchase.
